๐ About the Role
Weโre looking for an AI Adoption Specialist to help drive the adoption of our AI agent, GAIA, across the solar industry.
This is not a traditional sales role.
Your mission is to:
- identify the right users (asset managers, O&M teams, operators)
- engage them using modern AI tools
- understand their workflows and challenges
- help them discover how GAIA fits into their daily operations
Youโll sit at the intersection of sales, product, and marketing, playing a key role in how our AI is introduced, understood, and adopted in the market.
This role starts as an internship or part-time position, with strong potential to grow into a full-time role.
๐ฏ What Youโll Do
- Use AI tools and outbound strategies to identify and reach relevant professionals in the solar & storage industry
- Engage with prospects via LinkedIn, email, and other channels to introduce GAIA
- Run early conversations to understand how teams currently manage performance and operations
- Guide users through the first steps of discovering GAIA (use cases, workflows, value)
- Qualify opportunities and coordinate next steps with the team (demo calls, deeper discussions)
- Capture insights from the field and feed them back into product and marketing
- Maintain clean tracking of interactions and leads (HubSpot)
- Support marketing initiatives (webinars, events, campaigns) when needed
๐ง Your Profile
- Currently a student or early-career (0โ2 years experience)
- Strong interest in AI, energy, or tech products
- Comfortable talking to people and asking the right questions
- Curious and analytical โ you want to understand how things work, not just pitch
- Proactive and autonomous โ you take initiative and test new approaches
- Strong communication skills (clear, structured, human)
- Fluent in English (Spanish or German is a strong plus)
